Shell

Phenolic shell drums

Laminated plastic fiber in place of wood. Pearl's President Series of 1966, the first drums to carry the Pearl name, used it for the kit and the snare. Look inside the shell in the photos. A smooth, even interior with no wood grain and no reinforcing rings is the original.

2 drums we cover.
